Building land for sale in Butkovići, Svetvinčenat of 490 m2. The land is oblong and stretches along the road. It is located inside the town, next to the paved road.
All approvals for the construction of a villa with a swimming pool have been obtained. The building permit application has been submitted.
The geodetic studies were also solved.
A large septic tank was built on the field, and fence walls around the plot.
The villa will have a ground floor and a first floor, as well as a sunbathing area and a swimming pool of 4 x 7 m2. By the pool, a terrace and a house with a fireplace for outdoor living. The villa will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen and dining room. The stairs will be inside the house.
There are several options for buying this land:
-Land with a building permit, built utility house with a fireplace with complete carpentry and toilet, fence walls, septic tank. Half of the electricity connection paid. The price is 110,000 euros.
-Land with a built house in the roh-bau phase, that is, the house put under the roof, plastered outside and external carpentry, and an excavated pool, a septic tank in operation, an external house with a fireplace completed and fence walls. The price is 250,000 euros.
- There is also the possibility of buying a completed house, with the buyer participating in several phases of payment until the construction is completed, turnkey. The price is 350,000 euros.
Currently, there is a 3 x 8 m2 mobile home on the land, fully equipped and in operation, and connected to a non-septic tank, which can be bought extra with the land for 15,000 euros. The buyer can comfortably stay in the house during the summer, with the possible installation of solar panels. Electricity and water connections will be available after obtaining a building permit. Half the amount of the electricity connection has been paid.
About 100 meters away is another smaller building plot of 330 m2 next to the paved road, which can be purchased along with this plot. Currently, the fence walls and septic tank are being arranged, which can be used as service land for a caravan and the like.
As the works progress, the prices will be adjusted.
Butković gravitates towards Vodnjan and Pula on the one hand, and Svetvinčent on the other. The first beaches in Fažana are 14 km away. In Butkovići, several similar villas with swimming pools are successfully rented.
